  Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I wish I had seen the 1 star reviews before we called. They said they would be conservative with thier approach to trying to find a leak in our shower wall. The guy showed up with plans to “hammer out” the entire wall.. so I called to see if that was really necessary and if we could start small or do this surgically rather than going in heavily, Considering it’s a brand new house and we weren’t even sure if there was a leak in the wall or if it was just the fixtures….. After I told him I didn’t want to do that, his boss texted me saying that they didn’t wanna look like they don’t know what they’re doing to our insurance company…. Since that day they left fans here with time meters to “Dry” the wall and told us their policy is 3 days to run the fans… it’s been 5 and no one will pick up our calls or texts at all. I even texted Dan telling him that his mailbox was full and I need to know how to proceed and if someone’s going to come pick up their equipment…. Later on my husband called again and he had cleared his mailbox, but still hadn’t answered either of us. So Dan, if you are seeing this, can you please send someone over to get your fans and dehumidifier out of our house so we can now put our shower wall back together. Thanks.

  If I could leave 10 stars I would. I had an emergency situation where after I came home from a small 2 day trip, my water heater exploded and I came home to water all over the top floor, seeping down into the bottom floor causing significant water damage. I called American Restoration and they came right to the rescue. They are very process oriented, patient with all my questions, and super responsive. Dealing with a broken home and the dealing with insurance can be complicated for a lot of people. They were super thoughtful and educational about every step, and kept me updated along the way. Dan and Geoff both helped me every step of the way and did a great job not only remediating the damage but also the repairs and finishes. These guys know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone.

  We had Dequan and Yadi from American Restoration Professionals come out to our home for mold restoration, and they were excellent to work with. Both were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They managed to finish the job half a day earlier than expected on both days, which was impressive. Not only did they work quickly, but they also volunteered to help with some additional tasks that came up, going above and beyond what was required. They shared thoughtful recommendations for future maintenance, and it was clear they truly had the homeowner’s best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Dequan and Yadi to anyone needing restoration services.

  Do not believe the good reviews aren’t here. All of the one stars have had the exact same experience I’ve had and I don’t think that that’s a coincidence they’re very unprofessional. The owner hung up on me when I was trying to ask him for an estimate. there are Better Business Bureau rating is been revoked. All around this company is bad news. They come to you right away to clinch the job and then when they’re supposer to come back they don’t. I called and they came up with some excuse about needing parts. I discontinued working with them at that moment they tore up my house and things are missing
