  Al and Adair came out to our house really promptly to address our flooded basement, and worked efficiently, put our minds at ease, and were completely professional and friendly.

  Al was tasked to do a job at my residence. I cannot say enough about him. Kind, courteous, and best of all, professional. He was fast, efficient, and left my house the worksite cleaner than when he arrived. I would give him six stars if I could! I would highly recommend him for all your mold mitigation issues. Thank you again Al!

  Today I had Al and Kevin come out to remove personal items that was damaged during the flood. They also had a tear up a rug that was stapled to the stairs. They did an amazing job. Nice, neat clean very respectful. Got the done job quickly. I’m glad to have two hard workers like that show up and get the work done. You will not go wrong hiring these two fellas to come in and do work for your home.

  I recently had a really stressful situation when my water heater burst and flooded my basement, but I can honestly say the experience was made so much better thanks to Americam Restoration Professional. From the moment they arrived, the team was responsive, professional, and extremely thorough. They handled the water mitigation quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up properly so we could start getting back to normal. A huge shoutout to Al and Ricardo — these guys were outstanding. They were not only hardworking and efficient, but also respectful, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the people they’re helping. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation like a flood, I highly recommend American Restoration Professionals. They turned a nightmare into something manageable, and I’m really grateful for their help.
