Our company has been in business for over 27 years. Our work consists of new build to renovations including panel changes, service upgrades along with all other electrical needs. Everything was fine until my dryer outlet stopped working after he came. He ended up coming out two more times. On the second time he never even has a conversation with me. The employee who installed my heating system informs me that the electrician said that it was never hooked up. He asked me if I had any work done and I said only what you guys did. Next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for $1,050. Needless to say I was not understanding what happened. When I speak with him he proceeds to repeat what I was told before. I reiterated that my dryer outlet worked the whole time until this installation. I felt like he was insinuating that I was lying. When I calmly and respectfully pointed that out to him he lost it on me. He started yelling at me that he’ll take care of it and that “you got what you wanted!” and hung up on me. 0/10 I would never recommend this company to anyone!
