Morgan was courteous, kind, professional, and seemingly very competent. I always have encountered excellent service from all your technicians. My bone to pick is really with the “ new “ management. I’ve done business with your company since the 1970 s. ( heating systems, AC systems, hot water heaters, and generators). But this winter your company left us high and dry when our generator failed during the huge storm. When I called I was informed that you not only do not service your generators any longer , but you hadn’t for the past MANY months. Nobody ever told us .What a time to find out ! I vented at your S Yarmouth office, and had expected some type of phone call from the ownership .( most likely a person with the name of MacFarlane ). No phone call. I obviously lost a lot of confidence in your business at that point. Perhaps time to reassess ( BTW, during that storm, not only was my wife and I , who are in our mid 80 s, affected, but we brought in to our home a couple who are 90 years old , and had no generator in their home )
