Vincent Vafiades was very prompt (called at exactly 12:15 as I requested)and ready to listen to my questions and concerns about a new water heater. He gave me appropriate and reassuring answers which made me feel like I was now able to choose the best gas Pheem unit for my husband and me. He asked what was my major concern, and I responded that I would like it installed ASAP...and he arranged to have the installation the next morning...I was so relieved! It’s nearly impossible to find a Company who consistently exceeds your expectations every time they’re called. MacFarlane South Shore Heating & Cooling is that company. I’ve contacted them both during business and after hours for Heating and A/C issues/maintenance. Several times the calls were in my eyes critical emergencies such as in the middle of winter when the heating system is not working properly. I called recently for a heating issue and Riley Rogers arrived within 90 minutes or less. In fact he also provided the same type of service within a hour or so last year. He is polite; mild mannered and most importantly he remedied the issue without a lot of hype. He minimized our angst as if it was no big deal. They have also repaired A/C issues. I am both grateful and impressed by this company and with this technician.
