They’ve been especially quick on emergency heat calls. I want to give an especially shout out to Dave for his excellence in replacing our boiler and hot water systems last December, they pre-assembled the zone components at the shop and did the job in 1.5 days! Chose to install a combi-boiler (no indirect hot water tank) but the hot water delivery to our far bathroom was inconsistent at best. It became nearly unbearable during this winter with extremely cold temperatures. We had to give up on the installer company and chose JM Pazakis, who fixed the problem with quiet confidence. Starting with James' evaluation of the issue leading to an estimate, right through until a follow-up call on a holiday weekend from Dave who led the repair team, we were more than pleased. We have not quite gotten over the joy of having HOT WATER when we turn on the faucet. Nod to Melissa as well, always listens carefully and deals with me (assuming everyone) as if I have a brain. :-) All staff were professional and skilled. I highly recommend JM Pazakis, Inc.

Jon and Kiondra arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it temporarily while JM ordered the necessary parts. They were friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to make a great team. Jon returned to install the new parts and everything has been working well since. I also thought the price was reasonable.
