    I've had a long-standing (I'll call it) systemic problem with heating system. Several HVAC service reps from different companies tried to fix to no avail. Much money down the drain. But now (fingers crossed) looks as though Greg (nice guy) may have finally figured out the problem. Very impressed.

    Greg arrived on time as scheduled. He listened carefully to our concerns. He kept us well informed as to actions he planned to take and the the results. He established the necessary follow up steps. Overall, very courteous and professional. Felt very confident that he would resolve our issues.

    We were very impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of Greg’s maintenance work on our three minisplits. In addition to thorough cleanings, it appears that he resolved a rattling problem with one and a mouse problem in the other. He also gave us info on a possible water heater replacement. We highly recommend Western Mass Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.
