During the visit, Zach also addressed a few other concerns and shared some helpful insights. He was attentive and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, making sure we understood what he was doing. The price felt a bit high, but the quality of the work was great, and everything was completed within three hours of his arrival. We did need a faucet replaced, which we provided since we already had an extra. It was a different model and left an extra hole that needed a faucet hole cover (no big deal). The only alternative offered was a soap dispenser that would have cost nearly $300. Overall, I’d recommend them if you’re comfortable paying a higher premium, but I’d still suggest getting multiple quotes.

Fantastic overall level of service and products. And unlike many other plumbers, this company answers/returns phone calls ASAP and shows up when they say they will. Will note I'm a now retired multi-patent holding mechanical design engineer and self admitted perfectionist. Very impressed!
