  We have utilized L.A.F. Floors multiple times. Lisa has been amazing to work with from start to finish on our projects. She is knowledgeable and professional, and her years of experience showed. She was available and on-site when needed to be sure things were going OK. Her installers were all great and completed everything timely and as expected. Each day they left our home clean and as they found it. We will use L.A.F. Floors again in the future

  We remodeled our kitchen with Ideal Kitchen company based in West Boylston and L. A. F Floors and Interiors was their subcontractor taking care of the backsplash and wood floor. There is no such thing called Customer Service in this company. Even during the earlier scheduled appointments there were no staff members available to talk to us - to provide pricing and recommendations. The backsplash was done well by the tile crew however the wood floor was done extremely poorly and this crew was not professional. They didn’t preselect the boards and installed them as they came out of the box, with big knots, holes and epoxy filled knots prominently showcased. After pointing them out many times to Lisa Freilich, the manager of L. A. F Floors and Interiors, a gentleman from the wood flooring distribution company and Dino Simila, the owner of Ideal Kitchen, she finally agreed (after an unnecessary amount of back and forth) to replace part of the floor in our kitchen. The floor still is not perfect, with many gaps between the replaced boards, uneven surfaces and different shades of the wood instead of the knots and epoxy holes. Stay far away from L. A. F Floors and Interiors!

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this tile store was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. First off, the customer service was seriously lacking. I waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite multiple employees walking by. When someone finally did help, they were rushed and clearly uninterested in answering questions or offering suggestions. The selection looked decent at first glance, but many tiles were either out of stock or had no pricing information. When I asked about availability, I got vague answers and conflicting information from different staff members. Worst of all, after finally choosing a tile and placing an order, I was told it would arrive in 5-7 business days. Two weeks later, nothing. I called multiple times and kept getting told "it's on the way" or "we’ll call you back"—but no one ever followed through. When the tiles finally arrived (after nearly a month), several boxes were broken and unusable. They refused to take responsibility and offered no refund or discount for the damaged goods. Unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

  Lisa is great ... Listens to you and understands your style and then presents options for matching this versus that. I thought it would be an all day effort but she makes it so easy we're all done with all our choices in under 2 hours. Really knows her stuff and has a great vision.

  Not happy with this place at all. The tile work in the bathroom is nice, the wood floor refinishing was awful. I came home to see a super high gloss. There was a patch about 4'X5' that was not even done. ( how does that happen when you have 2 coats??) There were "waves". places where you could see the finish was on but not spread out. like 6 feet long waves. There was a puddle about 20" diameter where, again, you could see the finish was poured but never spread. They said they would come back and redo the whole thing, The second time, they did use the satin finish. much better. Now we have drip marks. little dots. We have sanding marks. there are specks of debris imbedded in my floor. And still a spot where the finish was not applied. Smaller than before, but still there. I did not want them back. The office made promises that they did not delver on.
