  It was wonderful working with Mark! He came to our condo to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system after our old one needed replacement. Mark was kind and courteous and did such a detailed, careful assessment of what our condo needed in terms of a new HVAC system. He also gave us a thorough understanding of what our options were, and his professional advice on which one would be best. He seemed experienced and knowledgable, taking pride in his company. He also took extra time to assess our old copper piping and to figure out an assessment to let us know beforehand, so that we would not be caught off guard if they needed replacement. He called our property manager to make sure that he had all the necessary information to get the job done properly. Mark took a video and detailed photos to make sure that we would get the HVAC of just the right size to heat and cool our condo. Thank you so much! We are so glad to have found Control Point! Thank you so much for your excellent service! Calling the office was also a pleasant experience, with our questions and needs being attended to right away. The price was also fine and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

  Will and Jon just finished installing a mini split system at our home during a wicked heat wave. They did extensive work in our attic when the temperature soared over 140 degrees for much of the time over the 4 days. No complaining from them. They just worked through it. Their attention to detail while installing the system was impeccable. They really thought out where lines and equipment should be placed, not only so it would perform correctly but also so it wouldn’t be in our way. Everything works and looks great. I see other houses in the area where the mini split line sets are run all over the outside of the house all going in different directions. They look terrible. Ours are very minimal and are almost unnoticeable. We recommend Control Point whole heartedly! Give Will and Jon a raise, they deserve it! Also Angel’s visit to give us a quote and to look over what we were trying to do was invaluable. He took considerable time to explain the process and the best way to move forward. At the end of his assessment, we were sold. Not only on the equipment and cost, but on Control Point. He was so patient. He answered every question to our satisfaction and also told us things we hadn’t thought about. Give him a raise too! The entire process from our first phone call, to when Will and Jon left the driveway was top notch. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. We can’t say enough good things about them.
