They helped us with all the Mass save paperwork and we got flawless process for the rebates. It was a full house central cooling and heating installation as our equipment was too old to be fixed. Dan Parada was our sales rep in charge and Angela Roach our customer success representative and both did and amazing job helping us we are beyond grateful. Fully recommended.

A realistic schedule 3. Good communication regarding the first 2. From owner to employees, i felt confident in their knowledge of the equipment and they kept in constant communication about work performed each day, if we were postponing work due to weather etc. All real positives. We did a final walkthrough (almost a lessons learned) , and i really appreciated their interest in getting my feedback so they could improve on the next project. My recommendations: Take your time and participate in the planning of the project from the size of the units to the placement both internally and externally. Do some reading on the models available and think about airflow in your home. Finally do your research on any rebates, incentives energy loans available. They can help you, but you need to make sure you haven't left any money on the table.
