My primary dealings were with a foremam named Iggy who was by far the most courteous, professional, reliable and responsive individual I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my 67 years. My job had to be done in stages with unexpected time delays. They went above and beyond to work around my schedule and responded promptly when I contacted them. I could not have asked for any better service and the job was done to my expectations.

The whole process was pretty easy once i decided on which one i wanted, and I am much happier not having to clean and maintain the wood fireplace. Everything was kept clean and courteous throughout the time they were here. Overall i am very pleased with the service and my new fireplace.
