  My experience was not good, I took my truck 2 months ago to make a PM of my APU term king, it was done but it didn't work, they said I had to make a diagnosis to see what was happening to me, they said it would be an RPM sensor, and that in two to three weeks the sensor would arrive. I left the whole service paid 940 dollars, a month passed and a week I went back there they said it hadn't arrived yet! I went back to work sleeping in the heat, it was then that passing through the state of Florida I decided to buy the sensor, after arriving in Saugus-MA at Thermo king on Monday morning, I talked to him and he told me that if I couldn't do it on Monday, I would do the service on Tuesday, but on Tuesday at 4 pm I went there to pick up the truck since no one had called me and I got there to my surprise I hadn't done anything, they told me that maybe tomorrow I'll be able to look, I just asked for the key and left I lost my money that I paid and I'll never come back there! It's unfortunate that this comes out very sad with this situation, I think we should all be the same and regardless of anything people keep their word, 😔😔😔😔😔😔 unfortunate!!!! I waited more than two months, I paid for the work and they didn't solve it!!!!!

  Called the day before told them would be arriving before 12pm Arrived at 845am got pulled in 1145am took 3 hrs to do a dry pm and rpm adjustment on refer one of the slowest thermo kings don’t come here unless you have a day to kill, they don’t allow you to pull you truck into the bay so had to watch a worker do it and he didn’t know where the gear shifter or the ignition was so yeah your in great hands, receptionist also tried catching an attitude because we questioned her when she told us another hour to do rpm adjustment after she had told us a half an hour an hour ago fun times

  Service was fast, but boy, this place is expensive. It's the most expensive place I ve ever visited. About $500 for an oil change in my reefer unit. This should be illegal. I should have read the reviews before going there. This place should be used only for emergency
