  The technician was friendly and courteous. He did leave debris from entering the attic and while I don’t have an aversion to scents he was wearing cologne that might be problematic to people who are sensitive to.

  Aaron explained that the refrigerant was low and was able to refill the system. He also showed me how I should have my units setup for optimum performance. He was friendly and professional.

  We called High Efficiency late Monday afternoon and they had a tech at our home before noontime the next day to inspect our archaic hot water tank. They confirmed what we already knew, it was time to update, but more importantly he noticed we had a toddler in the home and that our tank was simply no longer safe. High Efficiency made us a priority and by Wednesday afternoon we had a new system up to code and hot water. All the techs communicated clearly and efficiently and they were great with our toddler. We will be using High Efficiency when we continue to update the other systems in our home.

  Our existing system was condemned on a service call, the techs called sales, and Dicky came out immediately while they were still there. High Efficiency expedited the system ordering and installation date. The technician (Sean Purdy) was extremely knowledgeable, neat and polite. As were the electricians and Sean's apprentice, Jason. A horrible situation was made very rewarding by the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff at High Efficiency.
