  When my heat stopped working last week , the service manager Patrick personally came out and did a great and expeditious job diagnosing the issue and making sure I had heat by the next afternoon . I couldn’t be happier about the time frame the fixed the problem and the way it was handled . Shout out to Patrick and the team

  Our furnace went down on Monday during the Capes first cold spell. Called High Efficiency at 730 and spoke with Cindi who worked with Sarah in the Service Department to have someone out to the house at 4 . Technicians were able to locate the issue and had the furnace running again in 25 minutes. Good job by all. Highly recommend.

  Just wanna give a shout out to High Efficiency and their team very professional on time reasonable priced honest they know there business their service manager Patrick is on top of his game gets the job done very knowledgeable in his trade Very happy with their service. I have worked with many different plumbing & heating companies. I’m a maintenance super for a pretty big company that manages apartment complex complexes I must say High Efficiency stands out from the rest of the other companies so if you need some plumbing or heating work, reach out to them there your company on the cape.

  The technicians were polite and professional, they paid attention to every detail; filters, airflow, plus reviewing all the aspects of the furnace. I was pleased with their professional behavior and confident that they examined every aspect of the furnace that could be reviewed. In summary, I was very pleased with their service.

  I recently had Patrick and his assistant, Aaron, from High Efficiency service my air conditioning unit to diagnose a cooling problem, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They were courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The repair required working in the attic, accessed through a small ceiling hatch with limited space and with sprayed-in insulation—a challenging, messy environment. Patrick and Aaron handled it with great care and respect for my home, leaving the access area perfectly clean. These units were originally purchased and installed by High Efficiency back in 2017, which speaks to the quality and durability of their work. Without any prompting, they also suggested scheduling a follow-up appointment to test the system again when the weather is warmer, which I greatly appreciated. I would also like to commend Sara from administration/service, a professional and effective communicator who seamlessly coordinates billing, services, and appointments. Finding a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism is rare. I highly recommend Patrick, Aaron, and the High Efficiency team to anyone seeking reliable, honest HVAC service. I will update my review after their follow-up visit in the spring for final testing of the unit.
