  We asked High Efficiency to stop by and check our oil heating burner, furnace and system. We were concerns it was not heating to the temps on the thermostats and that the furnace might be faltering. Service manager Patrick and his assistant Sebastian were on the call. They checked everything out, discussed their analysis with us in detail, offered some helpful ideas, and reassured us that all was in order. Patrick also counseled us on the firm’s Service Contract and options, which we will likely enroll in. Thanks for the responsive, professional and helpful service!

  I would recommend High Efficiency to anyone, the technicians and the staff couldn’t have more helpful. We were out of the country our heating system went, they went to the house ordered the part and by the following day it was repaired and working. They even checked and found the part was under warranty so only charged me for the labor. Maryann and Sarah were amazing.

  Excellent! Some of our mini splits are in difficult spaces, but they handled everything well. They were thorough, took care to protect our floors and furniture, and left everything clean and as they found it. They were knowledgeable, friendly , and gave us some great information about getting the most out of our system.Thanks!

  High Efficiency Team are the best! They always respond to any uprising emergency calls and always on time and truly efficient! Very professional and friendly! Patrick — the service manager is very responsive! They arrived at our clients house within 30 minutes for the emergency call and took care of the issues with their burner. I would recommend their services to my clients and friends! Thank you guys for your great service!

  The two man work crew arrived on time with boot coverups to keep salt and sand out of my carpet. One man worked inside cleaning the mini split meticulously with attention to detail. The other man worked outdoors on the condenser. I mentioned to him that I had chipped ice off the condenser after a freezing rain and snowstorm. He warned me not to, so that I wouldn't damage the condenser. I was grateful for that warning. He told me the condenser had a built in defroster. I only gave four stars because at the time of installation in 2023, I wasn't told that the condenser, had a built-in defroster. That's an important detail that the customer should know. Their biannual maintenance to date has been outstanding!
