The process from our first contact until completion was absolutely flawless. He was very professional, informed, made sure I understood the options and costs, and the installation process was done quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love my gas insert fireplace now and highly recommend them for this service. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, efficient, and delivered an excellent product. Would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend.
