  Highly recommend !! Our hot water was not working from our boiler and we noticed that we had a leaking pipe from the main water pipe.Ryan came 1st thing in the morning,he looked everything over,he didn't rush,then he showed me what was wrong,what needed to be fixed and what didn't.He educated me on my boiler !! And I'm thankful because we have had other plumbers and they never did that.Ryan was polite,kind,helpful and I could't ask for a better plumber !! Thank You Maffei and Thank You Ryan !!!

  We contacted Maffei Services for a no hot water issue. The technician arrived around the scheduled time and was professional throughout. However, I was surprised by the quoted costs: over $1,000 for replacing the sensor and ignitor, and $1,300 for cleaning. I chose not to proceed but paid a $390 diagnostic fee. We purchased the parts ourselves ($17 for the sensor and $38 for the ignitor) and after sharing the experience a friend recommended another company that replaced both parts and charged $250 for the work. Sharing this experience so others can be aware of pricing and consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with repairs.

  Please note there's no option for giving less than a one which they deserve for what they do to the public. For your own good please do not do business with Maffei services unless you want to be ripped off by the price they charge you. My example is that I am a property owner and had a tenant in need of the new faucet immediately because the old faucet broke off I was away on vacation and did not want my tenant to go more than a day without a kitchen sink I immediately called Maffei as I have had them do service for me in the past. Even though I had called them in the morning and they told me they would be out right after lunch we waited until 4:00 for them to show up. Keep in mind I told them it was a kitchen faucet you think the truck that came out would have a replacement on the truck available. The technician called me at 4:30 to tell me the faucet had to be replaced which we already knew. So I asked the technician what is the cost to do the repair he said if I had a customer available faucet he would install it for $900.(What $900 for a 1-hour job with me supplying the parts outrageous....) whereas I am away and my tenant has no way of getting to home Depot or Lowe's to pick up a faucet I said what alternative do I have he said I can provide a company faucet for $1,050. Don't forget I am over a barrel and have my tenants best interest in mind. so what can I say I know these prices are outrageous but I don't want to leave my tenant without water overnight and untill tomorrow. I tell him do the company installed faucet he says let me check the truck comes back and tells me he does not have one that would fit my my sink and that the plumbing houses are now closed and that I would have to wait until tomorrow morning or tomorrow sometime to have a faucet installed Whole point is I am or was a customer of Maffie so if you're thinking of having your kitchen faucet replace by this company run as fast as you can and find someone else you can't do worse.
