  The GEM plumbers were fantastic. They hooked up a new spigot and a back flow preventer for the drip irrigation system I will have installed soon. They explained everything, they were fast and respected my home during the job. I highly recommend GEM for your next plumbing repair or upgrade.

  Very fast install of 7-zone mini split system and required panel upgrade. From first call to work completion was less than a week. No quality issues of install and the workers were great. Overall GEM is very expensive, but quality and speed are fantastic.

  I wanted to express my concern regarding the $149 service fee that was charged, especially since no repair or service was actually performed. If the plumber had been able to diagnose and repair the issue, I would understand the fee being applied toward the cost of the repair. However, the technician only informed me that I needed to contact the Town of Freetown to address the problem. When I did reach out to the town, they advised me that the plumber should have contacted them first before directing me to do so. Given that no work was completed and that the next step should have been handled by the plumber, I do not feel the $149 charge is justified. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider issuing a refund. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

  Great Service and results!!!!! I came home on Sunday after working all day and found my kitchen sink full of sewerage. Called Gem from a list because I recognized the name from the trucks I have seen around town. They actually answered the phone at 6:30 on Sunday night. The guy was great very helpful (I know nothing about plumbing) took all my info put me on hold then came right back to say they could have somebody out to me that night and that they would call me. Within the hour they called and said be there in 15 minutes and they were. Guy was great answered all my stupid questions, gave me a price before starting work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. ( even when I accidentally flushed while he was working!) I had roots in sewer line going to street he was upfront with what was done. About How long I could expect it to last and what I needed to do to fix problems. He even found a leaking pipe I need to fix in bath! When I asked for exact prices for other fixes he either had them or could refer me to who did. I thought the price was a bit steep but it was a Sunday night! And when I checked with other places found they were pretty normal if you could even get service on Sunday night!
