Christopher diagnosed and fixed the heating issue quickly and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it was resolved. I really appreciated his efficiency and clear communication. Great service—I would definitely recommend Christopher and GEM.

My son-in-law called GEM, and they sent Nick within the hour— for an emergency call which was only $199.00 on Christmas Day!! Thank goodness!! Nick was friendly, kind, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain how the furnace works and what he believed was causing the issue. He stayed to ensure it cycled on and off properly, then recommended a new filter and some cleaning, which he completed quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for his help. Huge shout-out to Nick for coming through on Christmas Day and taking such great care of me!!
