When he arrived, he checked a few things and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable about this type of system (oil furnace). In no time my system was up and running and has worked perfectly since then.

Douglas was prompted and very professional. Douglas went through everything I needed and fixed my issues. I am very satisfied and grateful for this company. - SCStephen ChandlerNov 3, 20252.0Jackson was professional, and explained what needed to be done. However, he actually did nothing to correct the problem. He said he needed parts. What kind of a plumbing outfit sends a "technician " who knows full well what needs to be done, and shows up without copper pipe and 2 couplings ! To his defense. He stated that dispatch told him it was a heating HVAC problem. When in fact I told dispatch that it was a punctured heating pipe. I was left 3 days without heat on my living level.
