  We've been without hot water for a week while trying to troubleshoot the unit ourselves. Maybruck came the same day we called and knew the cause of the issue in the first 5 minutes, then fixed the issue soon after that. They were very nice and educated us on what to do if it should happen again.

  Hired Maybruck to get a shower that hasn't been turned on in 15 years to work again. They charge $249hr. They were there from 9:07-10:41am. That includes the 9:21-9:41 that they took to go get parts even though they knew what they were repairing before they showed up and should have had the parts already. They charged me for a full 2 hours saying they also charge for "travel time" also charged me $151 for parts even though the parts don't cost near that much. They did a half assed job in putting the shower head cover back onto the wall. Extremely unhappy with their service and pricing. I could see them charging for travel if I was an hour away from the office but I'm 20 minutes if that. I won't be using them again.

  I lived on Center Hill Road for more than 20 years. While our 4000 sq. foot home was newly built, there were nonetheless miscellaneous plumbing issues which arose, including the annual shutting off/on of water valves to the 4 external faucets and the outdoor shower. Throughout Maybruck was prompt and courteous--I highly recommend their service. Their fees were reasonable.
