From the first phone call to the final cleanup, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained exactly what was causing the leak, and safely removed the ice dams without damaging our shingles or gutters. They also repaired the leak quickly and thoroughly, and since then we’ve had multiple snowfalls with zero issues. The crew was courteous, efficient, and left our property spotless. He took the time to explain the process and made a few recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain things in layman’s terms. He impressed us so much that we did not reach out to anyone else for quotes. He does not push you at all and let’s you make your own decisions. The company has a nice selection of roof colors and allows the customer to choose a few samples to help with the decision. The folks dropping off the supplies and dumpster did so with care making sure everything was protected from the forecasted rain that day. While the roof was being installed, I worked from home and can honestly say the noise was kept at a minimum. The men were clean and careful respecting our property. Kyle was on-site making sure the job went well and even completed some odd jobs for us. Kyle cares about his customers making sure the job is done right and even reaches out a day after completion to make sure all is well. I would highly recommend Capital Roof Company.
