  Chase came to check out a leak I was having in my downstairs basement. He was extremely friendly, professional, thorough and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. This is the second time I've used Chase at Beantown and would not go anywhere else!

  Ricardo was an excellent technician - professional, skilled at his job and very friendly. Also, he performed his job at the highest level, he went above and beyond when we asked Ricardo to help us program our Nest thermostat and he spent a good amount of time helping us.

  Beantown was the only company that would install a blower motor for my bathroom tub, 5 other companies would not offer the service. Erin, the office Manager, reviewed my request with the Beantown team and scheduled a timely installation for my motor replacement. Sean, BeanTown's plumber technician, arrived as expected via a nifty text link tracking system for accurate service time arrival. Sean installed the blower motor in a very tight installation space and fixed a leaky value quickly and efficiently, no surprises that was much appreciated. Sean was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant for the appointment. 5 Star Service for my entire interaction with BeanTown 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
