Punctual service, techs were knowledgeable and thorough on both furnaces, in addition pointed out an issue with my water heater. Great experience on my end!
I contacted 3 electricians for quotes to install 2 EV chargers: Wilson, an individual, and another big company. Wilson was recommended by a neighbor. The other 2 talked of problems, Wilson suggested a solution from the outset. Their quote was under what the other big company quoted, and included the load-shedders that solved the problem. They came when they said they would, worked efficiently and neatly, and cleaned up well. both EV chargers are installed and working.
Wilson Brothers are totally incompetent and fraudulent. I had them out to service my two oil boilers in my house for $429. Two young (under 30) technicians, came out. Fired up both burners after bleeding them and told me one of two boilers could not be fixed for under $1,500. They also told me the oil burners, water heaters and oil tanks should be replaced for about $40,000 and said my oil burner wasn’t work repairing and they wouldn’t stand by the work because there was “liability” of other parts they would not inspect or repair. They said the sweat check and air exchanger were both failed and there’s other parts needed to be replaced. I had two 40 year technicians tell me these were mid-diagnostics, the technicians wanted to sell me new very expensive furnaces without merit. They then wanted $380 hollers for firing up one burner and left me without heat when it’s cold outside. Do not go near Wilson brothers heating of pepperell mass. They are incompetent, exploitive and not worth ten seconds of the next “customers” time.
