  Wish we could give them a 6th star. The service technicians were polite and on time. The work area was left immaculate. Final product, form fit function all A ➕️. We would recommend them to everyone for not just installation. But for future service, as we will be using them to continue to keep our new system running efficiently.

  We had our furnace's annual service performed by Eric & Ryan who were great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional to all our questions and concerns. We have always had great experiences with the Wilson Brothers team.

  John provided excellent thorough service. He explained exactly what the potential problems might be with my furnace and most importantly he LISTENED to me as I went through the timeline of heat problems I had observed with the furnace and he adjusted his diagnostic approach based on his experience and my observations. 5 stars for John and Wilson brothers in diagnosing my problem. Edit: would have liked to see a little more urgency from your parts distributor on my new gas valve. I can understand that not all parts will be available on demand but when I bring my car in for repair they get parts same day so it feels like there is a pain point in parts acquisition. John came back and was in and out in about an hour with the new valve installed and checked. Thanks John!

  - Prompt arrival. - Explained the approach for work to be done. - Answered all my questions without appearing bothered/interrupted - Meticulous workmanship On day 2 he did all the same good. We had a bit of a mixup with the shelf/stand the outside compressor component and he addressed it as best he could. Looking forward to the new stand arriving and getting him and Jason back to put his finishing touches on the job What’s not to like? Jason did very well too.

  Matt was prompt in his arrival, assessed the situation, kept me informed along the way, shared what he did to fix the issue temporarily including the price. Matt is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise! He shared what was needed to fix the issue more permanently along with a price and he is order the parts for the permanent fix after I approved he could move forward! Matt was professional and courteous. I would recommend Wilson's based on the Service Matt has provided today . Happy Holidays to you and yours! 🎄
