  Our plumber arrived exactly at the scheduled time, found the problem quickly, and made the necessary repair. We were very pleased with the service and the cost was very reasonable. Our plumber was very professional. We highly recommend 3R Plumbing, which is Veteran-owned, and would definitely use them again.

  Unfortunately I will never be calling 3r for any work needed in our house in the future. At first the experience was not bad at all. We didn’t have hot water in one of our bathroom and turned out to be a bad zone. That was replaced along with a few other things on the system and we were informed a cleaning was most likely needed. Paid for the cleaning and a few things to be fixed around 2000$ I believe. Then while the tech was there we asked him to take a quick peek at our ac system to see if it needed servicing/cleaning. He informed us we would probably benefit from a cleaning and a service. So that day I paid a deposit for service and a few weeks later me and my wife wondered what had happened… they never showed up they took payment for the cleaning they were suppose to do and didn’t complete said work at all. Now 3 months later after we forgot from busy life moving switching schools etc our ac system shits the bed. And we were told more than likely it stopped working because it needed to be cleaned and service…. Now I paid the deposit for this to happen and it never did and it ended up costing us $48,000 for a new home ac system. Sooo that wasn’t too fun. Then last week I’m having problems with my furnace while the guys are finishing up my ac system. They notice it’s just puffing black smoke. So we shut it down and switch over to our new heat pump. The furnace that was cleaned 6 months ago is COVERED in soot so bad it’s blowing soot into my living area on our walls and prob will never get it fully clean. So we call them to see if there’s any warranty on work the women at the office is very nice answering phone and will listen to you. She sent out a tech a week later I believe.. the tech shows up I explain my frustrations and he says so are you not gonna pay for the emergency service… what emergency service you came after a week of me calling and were suppose to be here today between 9-10 and didn’t show up till 3:30… then after explaining to him how this company stole from me by never following through on work and possibly breaking my ac in the process. He understood and was like I’d be very upset also. He goes to his van and calls boss and informs me his boss told him to just pack up and leave… very responsible after stealing from me not following through and now costing me my ac system and soot all over my walls I will forever tell everyone I know never to use this company. And will be looking into if they hold any liability by saying they were gonna clean ac and after not upholding there end it breaking.
