From the moment we made contact with them they were nothing but kind, respectful, and extremely flexible. Communication is paramount on a renovation project and they knocked it out of the park! TLC came out for a free quote and immediately got back to my wife and I with a competitive, manageable price point. Once the project started they were clean, professional, and on time. Renaldo was an amazing foreman, keeping us in the loop everyday and bending over backwards to push the project along. I work in Law Enforcement, so trust is extremely important for me. The men and women who work for TLC were the kind of contractors people dream about. Polite and trustworthy, I felt at ease with them in my home around my family. They were respectful every time they entered our house. I have absolutely no complaints and can’t thank Julliana and the whole TLC team for the job they did. Within a span of 6 weeks TLC completed basically a total renovation of our first floor/ kitchen and the pictures speak for themselves. Removing a structural support wall, installing hardwoods throughout, skim coating our ceilings, backsplash, new pantry, ceiling trim, baseboards, new island, new countertops, moving plumbing and electrical, adding electrical, they did it all. We are truly blessed to have found a total renovation company that my family and friends will do business with for the rest of our lives. They earned our respect and couldn’t be happier with the results. Once the project is complete they have a complementary cleaning service too!! TLC is a cut above the rest and I can’t thank them enough.
