Problem diagnosed, explanations given, all questions answered. Technicians were polite, friendly, professional and worked as a team. Also Angel, the dispatcher, kept me informed of when they would arrive. I will be using them again if needed.

When I asked for a price range, that was not provided either. I will now look elsewhere where there is transparency with pricing or complementary in person quotes.

He tried to fix the problem remotely but ended up needing to come to the house. He explained everything that he was doing and fixed the problem relatively quickly! We gladly signed up for his maintenance plan. The world needs more people like Pete! We are so grateful for his help.

- KAKayla AnctilDec 24, 20255.0Rich and his team at Spencer are incredible. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We purchased a new home and he quickly helped diagnose an issue with our sewer line. It could've been an extremely stressful situation, especially as a first time home owner, but he helped keep me calm by being both reassuring and realistic about the situation. He explained things thoroughly and made sure I saw and understood what we were working with. He always made himself available to answer any questions at any time of day (and I had a lot). He was always patient. You can tell he really cares about fixing the problem and respecting you and your home, almost like it was his own. To top it all off, the end result of their work was unreal! It was a big job but they all made it look so quick and easy. Their team worked very well together with zero disruption to me and finished in one day. The finished result was incredible, absolutely beautiful work and the attention to detail they had was more than I could ask for. Literally, they thought and took care of things I didn't even think to ask about. I felt so lucky not to only find great support in them, but also great work as well. Sometimes it feels like you get one or the other. Highly recommend!
