  My experience with Precision Heating and Cooling was wonderful from beginning to end. I made an appointment online to have our dryer vent cleaned. Brenda from Precision reached out to me soon after to explain the process and confirm the appointment. She also confirmed the cost with me up front. Ryun showed up on the scheduled date and time and did a nice job cleaning our dryer vent - it had not been cleaned for quite some time. Ryun was very professional, friendly and obviously experienced and skilled in his field. I paid the up front cost that had been quoted to me by Brenda. I also had Ryun look at our boiler and we set up a maintenance plan. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this business highly!

  I just moved in called on a Saturday morning. Heat had quitRyan was here Within a few hours, did a great job finding the problem got my heat back on. Ryan was excellent at showing me what the problem was.

  Sean was incredible. Our Flow light kept going on and shutting down the dryer. Lo and behold, we had so much build up I am surprised we did not have other issues, like a fire. He cleaned out the system and recommended a maintenance plan that appropriate for our dryer. Sean was professional, courteous and respectful.

  We recently had to replace our furnace and we’re fortunate enough to have found Precision Home Services. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their customer service was excellent! The sales and comfort consultants were great and the techs went beyond the scope of what was expected. We found their product to be reasonably priced and of good quality. We priced checked and were very happy with our deal with Precision. Overall, I highly recommend them and rate them as excellent.

  We found out during our annual furnace servicing that the boiler was cracked and needed to be replaced and the oil tank was very old and was due to be replaced as well. Precision Home Services very good to work with. Our salesperson Mike did a thorough home inspection and listened to what we were looking to do for our long term comfort in our house. He outlined several options for replacing our heating system at several price points. We chose to go with a full heat pump system which required some other upgrades to the house. The installation team led by Tyler was very friendly and professional in their work and communicated very well through the process. They left the house clean after each day of work. The project was finished right on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Precision Home Services.
