  Ryan arrived on time, addressed the problem and provided me options for my boiler repair. Once decided what work would be done, Ryan got right to it. During the job, other Precision team mates delivered parts and helped. Once job was complete Ryan checked to see that all was functioning well. Job site was also thoroughly cleaned. I am very happy with the Professional service I recieved from Precision.

  Jack and Emory were great - professional, informative, respectful of my home, and friendly! They did a great job fixing my heat on a very cold day, and made sure there were no other problems. I appreciated Jack’s efficient diagnosis of the issue yesterday, and his thorough assessment of what was needed to ensure the system was in proper working order. Precision is a great company - reliable, professional and honest. We highly recommend!

  I had the pleasure of working with Ed, Beau, and Ryun throughout the entire process. I had three different companies come out to look at my heating system, but Ryun and Beau really stood out with their excellent customer service and knowledge. Ryun took the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of immediately pushing a full furnace replacement. He showed me photos and clearly explained the issue, which I really appreciated. Ed completed the new gas furnace installation and did a wonderful job. He answered all of my questions, and the installation was quick, clean, and seamless from start to finish. The estimate was reasonable, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

  Do not recommend. Hired this company for a duct cleaning. They left the furnace in my attic turned off so we didn’t have heat. Hired another more competent company to come out and resolve the issue. Requested that Precision perform a dryer vent cleaning as a courtesy for the inconvenience and the cost of hiring a company to come out, and they didn’t even have the decency to respond. This is an incompetent company that refuses to make things right. Would you hire them? These companies are a dime a dozen. Find a decent one.

  Precision Home Services is the best company I have had servicing my home, bar none!! I came to Precision through serendipity -- the failure of American Home Shield (whom I had contracted since 1999 when I bought my house in California; when I moved to Massachusetts in 2023, I contracted them as well) in providing me covered service in Clinton MA, citing that they didn't have any contractor servicing my area and told me to find my own contractor and then reimburse me. That's when Precision came into my picture. I was happy with the maintenance team and signed up for its annual HVAC maintenance plan. When AHS failed to reimburse me for Precision's initial maintenance trip, I cancelled my AHS home warranty, after 26 years!! What's the point of paying for the "peace of mind" that isn't there when you need it!! As to Precision, I was impressed with its maintenance team and ventured to ask for a complete review of my HVAC system (which I already did with two other contractors; but after spending over $3,000, I didn't get any improvement in my comfort level). Mike, the estimator, came and did a comprehensive review; I was impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. So I proceeded with replacing the system for the main floor and basement and improving the mini-split system for the 2/F. Ed and Tom showed up for the work. Throughout the 4 days, they executed their work with care, expertise, patience and respect. Precision, you ARE the best; keep up the great work!! I hope more homeowners would have the opportunity to enjoy your service. BTW, I rarely write review; only do so for the very best and the truly worst.
