  Scheduled Precision Heating & Cooling for an ongoing issue with our oil furnace tripping out. Ryun the Service Manager came out at the time they provided and was the utmost professional, knowledgeable and took the time to walk through options with me. Ryun didn’t just thrown on the “sales guy” hat and try and push me into a new furnace (even though ours is quite old) We truly appreciate Ryun and Precision’s support and service! If/when you require heating service, we would highly recommend calling Precision and Ryun! A new and very satisfied customer! Clayton Tyler

  From start to finish, everyone I had contact with at Precision was such a please to deal with. I replaced my furnace and AC with a hybrid system. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about all the HVAC systems and the Mass Save program. He didn't pressure me to make a deal; he made sure I understood everything related to my project. He was always professional, responsive, and diligent addressing any issues that came up. Ed, Tom and Nick were here for the better part of two days installing the new furnace and heat pump. Incredibly conscienscious; always making sure all floor areas were protected; explained what they were doing; appraising me of next steps and timing. It's a lot to have a team of "strangers" in my home for two days, but these guys were so polite and so well mannered and so helpful I almost hated to see them go! Highly recommend Precision!

  We had precision install a new heat pump. They were such a pleasure to work with. Deb helped me through the process of getting a home heat loan and scheduling. It made it all very easy. The whole crew was great. They were friendly, respectful of the house and very clean. Every morning they came at 7am and worked their butts off all day which made the project move quickly. Special shout out to our technician Tyler for walking me thru how everything worked and setting up the thermostats etc. Glad we found these guys! It takes a lot of stress off knowing they’re just around the corner when you need them.

  My experience with Jack was excellent. He demonstrated strong professionalism, technical knowledge, and great attention to detail. He clearly explained what he was checking on the heating system, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be monitored. His approach inspired confidence and showed that he truly knows what he’s doing. He was also respectful, careful in the home, and transparent with his recommendations. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Jack and Precision Home Services.

  My experience with Precision Heating and Cooling was wonderful from beginning to end. I made an appointment online to have our dryer vent cleaned. Brenda from Precision reached out to me soon after to explain the process and confirm the appointment. She also confirmed the cost with me up front. Ryun showed up on the scheduled date and time and did a nice job cleaning our dryer vent - it had not been cleaned for quite some time. Ryun was very professional, friendly and obviously experienced and skilled in his field. I paid the up front cost that had been quoted to me by Brenda. I also had Ryun look at our boiler and we set up a maintenance plan. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this business highly!
