  I thought I had not paid a bill and found out that I had and the office team were superb in helping a somewhat of a Luddite clarify and set up payment for the next invoices. They are friendly, responsive and very understanding. Hats Off!!

  Orchard Electric Inc. was fantastic to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did a great job with the electrical work. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and with very reasonable pricing. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

  I have a house in Florence that was built in 1910, and like most older houses in New England it has some knob and tube wiring that’s still active. For years, my insurance company ignored it, but no more. So I had to get it removed and replaced with modern wiring or I’d lose my insurance. I decided to get estimates so I called an electrical contractor in the valley who advertises that he does a lot of knob and tube removal. He inspected the house from the basement to the attic and gave me an estimate of $15,600. Then I called my longtime electrician, Orchard, who I’ve used for probably 15 years, and they said they do knob and tube also, which I wasn’t aware of. I thought it was a specialty. They came and did the very same inspection, basement to the attic, and gave me an estimate of $8,100. Obviously, they got the job. The two guys who did the work were great, Kevin and Ramone. And they managed to finish a day earlier than had been estimated. So Orchard ended up charging me only $6,500. Who else would charge you less than their estimate? You’re not going to find a better electrician in the valley. The two brothers who own it took it over from their father after working for him for years. Great company.
