He cut out the leaking pipe, put in new PVC piping with fittings, checked for more leaks (I thought I had), did a clean-up and was out the door all in under two hours. GREAT JOB Mark! She made scheduling easy and got us on the calendar quickly. Chris worked on my son’s steam heating system, and the difference is incredible. It went from being very noisy to whisper quiet. We originally thought there might be a boiler leak, but he figured out it was actually an issue with the return line. He was knowledgeable, quick, and took the time to explain everything clearly. DJ also came out recently to fix water pressure issues at my son’s duplex, where both units could only use one fixture at a time. He fixed the problem quickly and was just as helpful in explaining what was going on. Both experiences were excellent. It’s such a relief to work with people who are skilled, professional, and genuinely helpful.

I had a leak in my toilet which went unnoticed so I also needed a new floor. They helped me find the floor guy who was also awesome. SDH took out the old toilet and disconnected the sink, and then put in new toilet once the new floor had been done.
