- GFGary FeldmanAug 16, 20251.0We needed a hose to connect the dishwasher/disposal to the outflow hose. Ferguson Needham is supposed to be open until 11 am on Saturday. We got there around 10 am but the place was locked up despite supposedly open and all the lights were on. Waste of our time.

Thermadore and Bosch are particularly terrible from my experience- 2 months to get service. Disaster

If I was able to give 10 stars for Dan's professionalism, dedication, and helpfulness I would in a heartbeat. What we appreciated most about Dan was that he worked with us from start to finish, getting to know our likes and dislikes, and worked harder than anybody we have met to work within our time constraints to get us the highest quality products at a great price without sacrificing our vision for the new home. It is exceptionally difficult today to find people with Dan's qualities and character and I am grateful we were able to work with him. When we build our dream home in the future I will absolutely be in touch with Dan again. For any individuals thinking about remodeling, renovating, or working with a builder on new construction, Dan is your man!
