- LWLawrence Wallach3 days ago5.0We noticed a leak at the base of our toilet and called our longtime go-to, Baker-Elman. Once again, they delivered. Within a couple of hours of our call, Jake came out, diagnosed the issue and voilà, we had a brand new toilet installed, start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and fairly priced. Jake and the team made the whole process easy and stress-free. Kudos to Jake and everyone at Baker-Elman for another job very well done.

They arrived as scheduled, were professional and thorough with removing of the old unit and installation/testing of the new one. I appreciated the extra effort they put in to reinstall the cabinetry which needed to be removed to access the kickspace under the sink.

- TBTravis BrownMar 12, 20263.0Probably wouldn’t have gone with this company if we’d realized they use a ‘flat rate’ price structure. To be fair, it’s on us for not realizing this, but leaving a review so others may be aware of arbitrary pricing. They replaced a broken valve in our bathroom tub. Roughly a $50 replacement part and 30 mins of labor. For this we paid just under $500. They could not provide us with a breakdown of the total cost in terms of time/materials. Despite getting the job done, in the future we will probably go with a company that is more transparent when it comes to cost of labor and parts.
