When I went to the store to claim my prize I was amazed by the huge selection they offered and I was pleasantly surprised that I could choose from so many sizes and styles. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the whole experience. It was such a wonderful surprise and a great example of excellent customer service. Their rugs are the best quality around and their selection is a vast array of colors and styles that it is so hard to decide. I wish I had enough room in my house to get more than one, I kept changing my mind over and over as so many were my favorites.
