  TLDR: Hire Trinity Construction Developments for your project. You won’t regret it. ********** We cannot speak highly enough of Jauar Neto and his Trinity Construction team. From our first communication, we knew that Jauar was the contractor we needed to bring our 1950s bathroom into the 21st century. First and foremost, he is clearly experienced. He knew our style of house well and what kind of work we would need to bring our vision to fruition. He gave us great ideas for design and helped guide us throughout the process. Jauar is a man of his word. He told us he would start our project on a particular date, and he was right on time. He is extremely communicative. We always knew exactly which phase of our project was being worked on and what would come next. Jauar was clear with what our next steps were in terms of what materials we needed to purchase so that we did not face any delays. He and his team always showed up when they said they would. In the past, I have had experience with contractors disappearing on me and not being able to get in touch with them. This never once happened with Jauar. He is proactive and returns phone calls. Our project was finished within the timeframe he quoted us. Jauar’s sub-contractors were exceptional. The electricians, plumbers, tiler, painter, and cleaner were all masters as their craft, finished each phase in a timely manner, and were also friendly and kind. This is a reflection of Jauar’s decision making and his high standards for who he chooses to work with him. Jauar is detail oriented. Throughout the project, if something wasn’t perfect, he made sure it was perfect within days (sometimes within hours). If we ever had a question, he answered it. He made the process so easy. Jauar is also extremely reasonable. We live in an old house and some unexpected expenses came up throughout the project. Jauar worked with us and was more than fair with how he handled the costs, as he knew we were working within a budget. Most of all, I am impressed with Jauar as a human being. When you have someone working in your home, they become a part of your day to day life. We always looked forward to chatting with Jauar when he came by to check on progress. He was so kind to our child, who is very chatty and curious. He has a kind heart and you can tell that he is good to his core. He cares deeply about the quality of his work, and it shows. He is the true total package contractor. If this seems like a sort of love letter that my husband and I are writing in the form of a review, it’s because it is. We cannot wait to hire Jauar when the time comes for our next project. We will miss him! Jauar, thank you, thank you, thank you!! We are so thrilled with our new bathroom and with you/your team. We are so grateful!!

  Jauar came in after I had to let a contractor go mid project. Jauar seemlessly picked up the pieces and finished my bathroom renovation better than I could've ever expected. I am so thankful for the talent, honesty and work ethic Jauar brings! I will definitely be using him for future projects ✔️
