  I think Alex contacted me through Angi. I am very happy that he reached out because I was struggling to find a painter in the area. He was professional and personable when he came to do the estimate. We worked together to coordinate the start date since I had other trades coming. His team took down all the 40 yr old wall paper and painted. The job is so gorgeous that I still haven't put the art work back up because I don't want to put holes in their pretty walls. The bid was very reasonable. There were a two communication glitches, but Alex was so professional and fair that we were able to talk it through and come up with solution that worked for both of us. I would still hire him and his team again! Highly recommend.

  This is a shout out to Alex and Gold’s Painting. I contacted him last Thursday and he responded immediately for 2 of his guys to come at 7 am Saturday morning and rescue me from the overwhelming job that I just couldn’t do. I learned a valuable lesson. There is NOTHING like a PROFESSIONAL PAINTING JOB. Very reasonable and such a skill. They even vacuumed up which was above and beyond. I told them that I would choose pro paint job over a day to a spa. I am so so happy.

  I recently hired Gold Painting Inc. for an interior painting job. While the quality of the actual work was mostly good, there were some areas that could’ve used a bit more attention. The edges and details were a little rough. One of the biggest issues I faced, though, was the communication. It felt like my concerns were often brushed aside, and it was hard to get clear updates throughout the process. I didn’t always feel like my needs were prioritized, and that made the whole experience a bit frustrating. Overall, the painting itself was decent, but I think attention to detail and customer service could really be improved.

  After evaluating 10+ painting companies, we are so happy we chose Alex and his team. We were so impressed with how fast the team was able to transform our home. Everyone was on time, polite, paid attention to detail, and even played with our pup :) They painted our entire home, deck, and shed in no time, in fact, our neighbors saw how great of a job they did and just signed their contract for painting their home!

  Very Impressed with Gold Painting, and their entire team. They put the customer first, and I would hire them again. I selected Gold Painting after receiving 8+ proposals from other painting contractors to paint the exterior of my large colonial in Concord MA, and all windows, mullions etc., as well as some necessary repairs for the job. I compared 'apples to apples' and Gold had the BEST proposal for the same scope of work. Very reasonable! The communications were Excellent, and when I had questions Alex Silveira responded right away via email or text. I asked as many questions as I could to be sure the job was done right, and included all it needed to. They provided proof of insurance both workmen's comp and liability to me as well. Their crew was well supervised throughout, and no matter what I asked them to look at or address, or go over, they did it. I had no idea if I was too picky as I never did a paint job alone before, but they were great. I saw a few things even after they were paid and off the job, and they came back right away. Gold Painting excelled in every way, and stood behind their work. They felt like family by the time they were done, and I would hire them again. Also, watch out for the large paint contractors that only use subs. A small family business cares more about their reputation, and professionalism.
