Many places I called required me to call back or spoke to me like they were doing me a favor. I then contacted Maietta & Sons Inc. I spoke with Dennis who took the necessary time to listen to the problem and then made his recommendation. He answered every question without making me feel rushed. I scheduled the install for the very next day. Two polite young men arrived when they stated they would and went right to work. Within a short time my new opener was operational which included programming the openers to the cars and the keypad. They were great! I asked the installers for a business card so I could put it to the side for any future issue that I may have. They attached a decal right to the door. I am hoping to get another 14 years out of garage door opener but if I have a problem, I already know who I will call for the repair/service. Great Job all around!
