- ICIan CJul 19, 20245.0PART I, 7/18/24 I've had two service experiences the past week. Week one was with Scotty who came out to give me a quote on a heat pump/AC and heat pump water heater. He answered my dozens of questions in great detail and was a pleasure to work with. The week after that, Jesse and Caesar came out to cap off a gas line and replace a TP valve on my water heater. Jobs were all done quickly and cleanly and really all three guys were great to chat with. Highly, highly recommend Rego. PART II, 9/14/24 Just had REGO install a new heat pump and electric water heater. My gas furnace was original to the house (1972) and the central A/C was completely shot, and I wanted to get my house off of gas completely. I got a couple quotes from different vendors, and REGO is who I chose based on their pricing and prior work they had done for me. Big crew this time, so a big thank you to Scotty, Robert, Jayden, Cesar, Brandon, Jesse, and...apologies to anyone I've forgotten. It was a big job and they handled it with aplomb, with fantastic fit and finish. Were it not for the fact that I have a brand-spankin' new water heater and heat pump in my closet, you'd never even know anyone was here. And this Bosch unit is so QUIET. It's nice to have the HVAC brought up to the 21st Century. I would recommend REGO without question. For anything. The fact that I didn't have to schedule separate plumbers and electricians is simply huge.
