Bill Chase and his team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. There were no high pressure sales tactics. All my questions about the best replacement windows within my budget were answered. Once the windows were ready for installation, Hi-Tech was in constant communication with me about scheduling. On that day a team of three hard-working guys arrived and managed to install all the windows in one day. Renham, the Crew Chief, and Bill Hayes, Project Manager were very professional and courteous, answering any questions that I had and demonstrating how the tilt windows work. I much appreciated that they put blinds and window shades back on the newly installed windows. They hauled away all the old windows and debris. My interior and exterior was clean with no trace of a window project having been done. I was impressed with their business practices, communication, fair pricing and getting the work done efficiently with the least amount of interruption to me and family members. They even took care to make sure that my house cat didn't escape. I'm very pleased that I chose Hi-Tech. I'll be hiring them again in the future for additional window projects.
