I didn't want to buy something plastic, fake, or cheap from a big box store, and was psyched to find Paul and his workshop at a local art fair. He told me the wood came from his brother's yard from a downed tree. Don't you just love pieces that have a story? These are going to be in my family for generations. Paul was friendly, easy to work with, and open to my ideas. It was a seamless process.

I sent Paul the measurements of the area and we agreed to meet with him at a special woods warehouse. He arrived with a template of a "banquet table" idea that we agreed would be perfect for our dining room. Together, we selected the wood (cherry), agreed on the assembly of the textures, he laid the template atop and.... The table was delivered the same day we were moving in, Wow, perfect fit! Looks amazing and we love it!
