Add to that the stress of discovering them because of an event in your home at the same time. Whoever you decide to work with is a business you hope will relieve the worry and stress. SMS is that business. They are responsive. They work quickly. They are professional. They are honest. Their pricing in reasonable. And most importantly, their follow up after the work is done is tip-top. I can't begin to tell you how happy my wife and I are with them. We hope that we never have to see them again (obviously), but if we ever encounter any problems they service in the future, we're already more relaxed about them. That's something you don't find in many businesses who you work with. There's no other business in this space to consider besides SMS. Steve Timpany, hands down, knows what he is doing.
