- SCStephen CalauttiNov 7, 20255.0Spoke with waterworks about a faulty thermostat, I tried new batteries and it didn't fix the issue, they suggested I try another set of batteries.,.and it worked.. I am quite greatful that 3 dollar battery saved me hundreds, waterworks could have come over and fixed the issue, and charged me for the service, but instead, they offered this simple solution which worked...thank you so much for your help and your honesty!!!!

He did what was necessary for the night, then came back the next day and replaced that water heater, and the other one that was of the same age, before it did the same thing. He also replaced piping that was old and in bad shape, and he then came back again later the same day when some faucet's needed to be cleaned out to work properly. After careful examination I feel I can trust Peter to do any plumbing etc. work that he does, with care, experience, efficiency, and expertise, and to be available in emergency. He is also a kind and engaging person, and family man.
