- MKmark kowalskiDec 30, 20255.0Waterworks was very responsive and arrived at our home in less than 90 minutes from our initial contact. The professional that arrived was Peter. He was expert and very thorough and in addition he was very amiable. Of course, Peter fixed our problem. I would contact Waterworks for any of our plumbing/ heating needs in the future. I will add that our need occurred on the day before New Year’s Eve so during a holiday period and they were still very responsive.

I am quite greatful that 3 dollar battery saved me hundreds, waterworks could have come over and fixed the issue, and charged me for the service, but instead, they offered this simple solution which worked...thank you so much for your help and your honesty!!!!
