  If I could give Metrowest Power 6 Stars, I would! I started researching the purchase of a home generator approximately 6 weeks ago. I contacted multiple companies and met with several representatives. After weighing all my options, I chose Metrowest Power and I am sure glad that I did! Mike came out to survey the property. He was knowledgable, courteous, and before he left, I was able to ask him multiple questions. He did not make me feel rushed, explained the process and I had a quote before I knew it. After receiving all the quotes, Metrowest Power was the lowest price by more than $1,100.00 dollars AND they were the only company that could deliver a 24kW Generac generator versus an 18kW. This told me everything I needed to know. Mike, Josh, and Gary showed up promptly and within minutes they were already at work. From the time they arrived, to the time they completed the installation, they were polite and professional, kept me informed and answered all of my questions. Once the work was completed, Josh reviewed the operation of the generator and then encouraged any and all questions. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I could not be happier with the experience I had with Metrowest Power! If you are considering a whole home generator, do yourself a favor and call Metrowest Power!

  Great service. Came out late on a Sunday evening to fix an issue, same day. Wish more companies treated customers this way. Will happily refer Metrowest Power to anyone looking for a generator.

  I want to share my very positive experience working with MetroWest Power. Mike was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding what size generator would work best for me. He committed to an 2 day installation a couple of weeks out and called the day before the start date and asked if he could bring the unit over early and set it up to give his crew a head start on the first day. Josh and Fred showed up at 8:15 ( as promised) and were very willing to answer any questions and kept us in the loop regarding when they would have to shut down the power to install the board for the generator. They worked in over 90 degree heat and never slowed down. (PS- I had a landscaping crew that left at noon that day because the heat was so oppressive.) Josh and Fred are extremely knowledgable, professional and very courteous. They actually finished in 1 day and left my basement spotless! Their gas guy was also very thorough and worked thru the extreme heat without a complaint. Unfortunately over the last few years it's been hard to find a company that over delivers and shows up on time. I would recommend them without hesitation and even (IF) it costs a little more than other companies, it will be well worth it.

  I made a phone call to get information on service contracts. Within the hour, I heard from Beth who explained the process with her company, She made a couple of great suggestions and now I am all set going forward. I used to do business with another company but they went out of business and I was trying to find another company as good as they were and Metrowest Power is it!, plus they are a Generac company and that is what my generator is, so it is perfect! I am so looking forward to do business with Metrowest Power!!

  Called 5 times about purchasing a generator. No one ever answers and the calls go to a extension voice mail after you select sales. I left a message over a week ago but still no return call.
