After working with another yard trying to price, locate and schedule delivery of all the lumber items I needed (in the next 2 days), I was having no luck. Taking a shot in the dark, I called NL and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Patrick took my call, pleasantly answered all of my questions, confirmed all materials were in stock on-site…and best of all, confirmed delivery of my full order the following day! My project schedule was salvaged! The delivery driver, Derrick, was awesome. He made sure the material was safely placed where I wanted it and was extremely considerate of my yard, making sure to set expectations regarding the potential damage from the lift. He was pleasant, respectful, and an expert lift driver. I’ve received hundreds of large building material deliveries in my career, and this experience was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again Patrick, Derrick and the rest of the NL team!
