- GMGavin MilesMay 7, 20245.0Patrick and the National Lumber team came through for me when I was in a jam. After working with another yard trying to price, locate and schedule delivery of all the lumber items I needed (in the next 2 days), I was having no luck. Taking a shot in the dark, I called NL and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Patrick took my call, pleasantly answered all of my questions, confirmed all materials were in stock on-site…and best of all, confirmed delivery of my full order the following day! My project schedule was salvaged! The delivery driver, Derrick, was awesome. He made sure the material was safely placed where I wanted it and was extremely considerate of my yard, making sure to set expectations regarding the potential damage from the lift. He was pleasant, respectful, and an expert lift driver. I’ve received hundreds of large building material deliveries in my career, and this experience was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again Patrick, Derrick and the rest of the NL team!

- CSchristopher sloanJun 23, 20215.0I want to share my message with you all. I’ve never been a big fan of National Lumber. Mainly because of employee customer service or lack there of. But when my favorite paint store, formerly called Bables was purchased by the above fore mentioned, I’d give them another shot. At first I wasn’t too impressed with the people or customer service from the front desk to the paint department. But as of late, people like Jason over at the Oakland street store have swung the “needle” to the more favorable side. I like when I call the store and someone answers, usually Jason not like the other store across town. If Bevin or Jason are at that store, You can bet the phone will be answered but if it’s the “other” guy there, no freakin way. EVER. But I have to props when I see them, working with Jason is one of the reasons I go to that particular store now. Friendly, fast, helpful and most importantly knows his paint and gets it right the 1st time…I apologize for the long review but wanted to get my point out. One more thing, who ever manages this particular store on Oakland street, keep Jason there, it’s good to see the same person over and over…you get a better feel when ur working with the same people over and over. Thank you
