At that time we were told it would take approximately one week to complete. As I mentioned above, that was over a month ago. The wife has since spoke to Keith on three occasions to get updates. During their last discussion on June 10, Keith stated he only had the roof, doors, and windows to do and he would be done. On her last call which was Thursday June 19, she spoke to a gentleman named Dave who stated he would check on things and get back to her. Today is the June 21. And nothing. We are trying to build this home before the cold weather settles in and we must leave. So in closing, we will be stopping in Monday the 23rd to pick up our house plans. Your company has put us so far behind with your lack of attention to your potential customers I can't believe you're still in business. Time for us to move on to a reputable company that puts their customers first.
