  Ran into a plumbing issue with a leaking pipe after business hours. The owner Dave called me back immediately and walked me through the next steps. Had his guys over the following morning and fixed all my plumbing issues in a fast and timely manner. Great company couldn’t be happier with the service! Don’t hesitate to reach out for all plumbing needs. Everyone from the owner to the employees were a pleasure to talk to. 10/10

  Never expected to have a positive enough experience with a plumbing company to feel I should share. I was impressed by the care in the workmanship. The customer engagement was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. The job was completed in one visit even though I had expected parts would need to be ordered (they were fixing a 1930s era Symmons Safety-Mix shower valve). Highly recommend them. Special thank you to Anthony, you are an excellent example of what the best plumbers are.

  I have used Russo Plumbing & Heating several times over the years. And they have always been professional, effective, timely and friendly. One day after business hours I had a plumbing issue. And when I called Russo’s expecting an answering service the owner picked up. I explained my problem and he talked me through the fix - while he was on the phone with me - and we solved my problem together. This is an unusally high-level of customer service and commitment to the community. I highly recommend Russo’s Plumbing & Heating.

  This company provides excellent dependable service, hired them for installing and connecting my kitchen sink, faucet and disposal during a renovation. They were very fair and clear on what was involved with the job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.
