Sue quickly sent me multiple quotes for different variations of my staircase and constantly kept me updated on the timeline as I was very antsy to get the staircase done before my baby was born. Sue knew this and they were able to put me on the schedule way earlier than I expected. Their prices were extremely fair and so if you’re thinking about doing something a little bit fancier but are afraid it’ll cost you thousands extra, ASK for a quote on that upgrade. You’ll be surprised how reasonable their prices are. Also, the gentleman who actually did the work was the CLEANEST and tidiest contractor we had during the entire construction process of our new house. There was barely a speck of wood dust left after he was done. I’m not 100% certain but I’m pretty sure he also plowed our driveway after a snowstorm (we were not living there yet so the driveway had not been plowed). How above and beyond. 100% recommend!!
