We needed to seek out change last year after our previous company was overtaken by a larger entity that robbed them of all of their ability to provide caring service. Pierce had to figure out some problems that the preceding company had left in place after they had changed hands. It took a few trips to analyze and repair everything that was left behind and poorly functioning, but everything is working properly now, and we are delighted with the care we have received.

After getting the attitude I stopped engaging with his company and hired another more professional company to come out and take care of the situation right the first time. My Family and I were without oil for the last month and a half of 2025 winter because our oil tank didnt pass inspection, my wife and I struggled and stressed all summer on how we could get this fixed before winter. Summer came and went and before you know it fall was here and still nothing has been fixed. We reached out to MOC but they didnt have the funds and 1 day I was scrolling through Facebook and Pierce Plumbing HVac posted about entering a contest to win a free heating system. I filled it out and forgot about it because I thought my chances of winning were low and Juan from Pierce Plumbing and HVAC called me to tell me I won, at first I thought this was a scam because who just gives away free heating systems? Pierce Plumbing HVac does. Not only did they save my family from freezing this winter but gave them a chance to have a Good Christmas! Paul, Nick deserve so much credit the way they handled the job with such care, professionalism and getting back to me asap when i had questions. We are so thankful, grateful for them. 5 star rating isnt high enough for this company
