When installation day arrived, the crew replaced both of my old condensers — one in the basement and one in the attic — with a new heat pump system that now handles both heating and cooling. They did an outstanding job, and everything is running perfectly. They also left the workspace spotless, which I really appreciated. From the engineer who helped us choose the right system, to the office staff — especially Sydney, who was wonderful to work with — every step of the process was smooth. Sydney also went above and beyond to help me complete the rebate paperwork for my energy credit, making that process simple and stress-free. They were very proactive with recommending a heat pump, which made us eligible for a $5k Mass Save rebate as well as tax deductions. We also added a mini split on our 1st floor Central AC was only for floors 2 & 3. With the integrated thermostat, you can use your heat pump when the temperatures are not super cold and then We can switch to our FHW oil boiler for colder temperatures. They had great pricing and service. The installers even encountered a wasp nest that they had to spray and deal with. Great job!
