For the past sixteen years we have provided commercial and residential service to both the seasonal and year round residents of Berkshire County. We specialize in service and installations of all heating and domestic hot water systems for new construction and existing homes. We provide our customers with 24 hour emergency service and also offer a Preventive Maintenance Contract to those customers who would like to protect their investment and enjoy the many benefits of preferred customer status with us.

- DDDarryl3 days ago5.0I had a great experience with LePrevost (the second time in a row). Michael D (and Michael M) resolved both of our issues. We had a plumbing leak (turned out to be a tub seal) all of which was repaired and then tested to ensure no water leaked. But the big win was our heater. I asked about this last minute. It had not been working and I’d been told it needed to be replaced entirely at a large expense. Mike D didn’t buy it and kept troubleshooting and, sure enough, he got it to work. Big savings and headache avoided. Many thanks.

I called LeProvost and told them the situation, and they sent Sean M. to do the repair. He arrived before the house froze, found and fixed the broken part, notified me that the furnace was back to normal, locked up the house again and left. And this was on New Year's Day! Many thanks to Sean and LeProvost!!!

- DDDDec 15, 20251.0This family owned company has gone to the dogs since this new conglomerate took them over. Now you call someone in upstate NY, they have no idea what's going on. No one follows through on anything any longer. This will eventually be the death of this company. Find a locally owned and operated plumbing and heating company if you want decent service.
