The technicians arrived on time and were very cordial and polite. They talked me through everything and didn't make any decisions without my approval. It was nice to have someone who understood my frustrations with my water issues and also told me H2O was always available if I had any issues. They left everything clean and tidy and weren't freaked out by the occasional spiders coming from the crawl space.I would highly recommend H2O for all of your water softening and filtration systems.

Christopher was the nices. Most well informed Technician I have ever had come to my home. His work ethics were incredible. He tried everything he could think of to solve my problem. If you’re looking to have work done this was the right choice. If you’re someone like me looking to have services or work done but not sure who to choose out of the endless list of searches on the internet. I am more than satisfied with my choice and highly recommend them. . Although he was unable to solve my problem through no fault of his own. Some things that are broken cannot be fixed. So you have to figure out what to do next. He told what my options were. But I feel in his assessment of my situation everything that could have been done was.
